In a dream pairing for music fans, Bongeziwe Mabandla has collaborated with Sun-El Musician for a brand new track, “Umhle”.
The pair created the song especially for SA Tourism’s recently-released “Live Again” Global brand campaign that was directed by Zee Ntuli.
To the sounds of “Umhle”, the clip takes in iconic South African destinations like Bo-Kaap in Cape Town, the Drakensberg’s Blyde River Canyon and the Nelson Mandela’s capture site. The visuals, sounds and production all take inspiration from the idea of exploring South Africa as an antidote to COVID-induced cabin fever.
