DJ Lag’s career continues to ascend globally but he remains passionate about giving back to the community where he grew up.
An important aspect of this are DJ Lag’s signature Something for Clermont events, with the next one taking place on April 4th . The line-up is set to include friends and family from Clermont and will be another blowout celebration of gqom and the unique sounds of this part of South Africa.
In September last year, Boiler Room x Ballantine’s True Music headed to Durban for the first time where they were hosted by DJ Lag’s at his Something for Clermont homecoming show.
Filmed for Boiler Room.tv, it was another accolade for the artist who has been instrumental in ushering gqom onto the international stage.
