DJ Lag is expanding his 2026 world tour with a new run of dates across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
The Durban Gqom pioneer has already taken his sound across major stages this year. His tour has included Fabric in London, Tresor in Berlin, Ultra South Africa and Descendants in New York City. Now, the next chapter brings even more international stops.
The new dates begin in August with a run of South African shows. Lag will perform at Monopoly Club, Cosmopolitan and Thulz Birthday Celebration in Johannesburg on 1 August. He will then head to Louis in Rosebank on 2 August.
The international run continues in Europe. Lag will perform at Club Vismarkt in Leuven, Belgium, on 7 August. He will then head to Futopia Festival in Fumba Town, Zanzibar, on 9 August. On 15 August, he returns to Nairobi for Alchemist X MUZE.
September brings Lag back to North America. He will perform at When We Dance in Seattle on 11 September. The following night, he heads to Portland for Barn Radio.
The tour then moves to New York City, where Lag will perform at Paragon on 17 September. A day later, he joins the lineup at Making Time ∞ at Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia. He will close out the month in Rotterdam at Taste of Africa on 26 September.
The European run continues in October with an appearance at Amsterdam Dance Event on 21 October. November will then take Lag further east, with an East Asia tour from 4–8 November followed by an India tour from 12–15 November.
The new dates add to an already expansive year for Lag. His 2026 world tour is powered by SAMPRA and continues to connect Durban’s Gqom sound with audiences across the globe.
