How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  • Browse through our online store.
  • Select the t-shirt(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and provide your shipping details.
  • Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayFast (including Instant EFT)
  • Other local payment options (Zapper, SnapScan)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times via Fastway depend on your location:

  • Main urban areas: 3-5 business days
  • Outlying areas or rural areas: 5-7 business days

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can track its journey.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We deliver to all areas in South Africa, from major cities to rural areas, through Fastway’s reliable delivery service.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We strive to keep shipping costs affordable, and we sometimes offer special promotions with discounted or free shipping!

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details from Fastway. You can track your package on their website or through their app.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you. You can email Abbey@blackmajor.co.za 

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference. You can email Abbey@blackmajor.co.za

Can I return or exchange my t-shirt?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number. We will follow up with Fastway and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is your website secure for online payments?

Yes, we use secure payment gateways and encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is protected. Shopping with us is safe and secure.
